After leaving San Francisco, we spent two nights in Clear Lake, California. We ate amazing food that we made ourselves, visited a winery, drove around the lake, watched movies, fed the ducks, and spent plenty of time enjoying the hot tub. It was fabulous. I love WorldMark condos. It was the perfect end to the perfect family vacation.
And then we spent two days driving home. We drove 8 hours on Friday, making it all the way to Elko, Nevado. Then we drove a short four hours home on Saturday. The kids were amazing, and the drive really wasn't that bad. Thank goodness for an angel baby, good books, and a tablet for the toddler.
I still can't believe we pulled off that trip. We had an amazing time and made the best memories together. I have the coolest family for a million reasons, but for starters, they like to travel and vacation, and in addition, they let me tag along and bring my crazy kids with me!? You know what they say..."the family that plays together, stays together." I couldn't agree more.
Now, where should we go next!?!?
