Sullivan is Three

Sullivan turned three this month. On the day of his birthday we took Spiderman cupcakes to his daycare class. It was a big hit, of course. Then that evening we had his favorite for dinner, Little Caesar's pizza and breadsticks. Then we blew out candles from one of his beloved cupcakes and had him open his presents from us. A couple of wooden puzzle sets and a light-up pillow pet. Just as we had expected, that pillow pet has done wonders in reducing the time it takes to put Sullivan to bed. He loves it, as do we!

We had a birthday party on the Saturday following Sullivan's birthday. We rented a gymnastics gym and invited all of Sully's little friends to come jump and play. We all had the best time. Sully's friends who came were: Ayden, Tyler, Gavin, Dillon, Peyton, Jaxon, Hayden, Hannah, Abbey, Preslee, and cousins Kevin, and Claire.  There is nothing like a gym to get all the energy out of little kids. It was pure gold!

Then we had pizza and birthday cake for lunch. Grandma Stacey made Sullivan a Car's themed birthday cake this year, and it was amazing, as they always are. Sullivan absolutely loved it, as did all the little kiddos! They devoured that thing.

And while everyone else was playing, Eliza hung out with Grandma Linda. Thank goodness someone was around to watch our little lady, as I all but forgot about her amid all the excitement!?
